General Information

Q1- How did Oh, Susannah get started?

Oh, Susannah got started by creating gifts for their loved ones that were special and meaningful to them. With Ben's technical expertise in apparel decorating and Susannah's eye for cutting-edge style trends, they started selling their unique, hand-decorated pillowcases on their Etsy shop after moving to Greensboro, NC from Columbia, SC.

As their popularity grew on social media, they expanded their operations to provide these personalized gifts to more people, while maintaining their commitment to creating meaningful designs straight from their hearts.

So, when you purchase a pillowcase set from Oh, Susannah's, you can be assured that you are buying a one-of-a-kind, US-made item that is unique and meaningful to you and your loved ones.

Q2- Can pillow cases be made in colors other than white?

No. Pillow case designs are only made on white pillow cases.

Q3- What are the pillow case dimensions?

  • Standard/Queen size: 20 in. x 30 in.
  • King size: 20 in. x 40 in.
  • Toddler Size: 14x20.5 inches
  • Throw Pillow Cover: 18x18 inches
  • All sizes are the dimensions of the pillowcase lying flat and can vary up to 1 inch.

Q4- Can pillow cases be made in custom sizes, including euro shams?

No. The only sizes available are standard and king size.  

Q5- Can My Side/ Your Side pillows be made in King Size?

No. Every other design can, but not the My Side/ Your Side pillow cases.

Q6- Can pillow case designs be made in colors other than black?

Sometimes Puzzle Piece, Thought Bubble, Better Together, and My Side/ Your Side are ONLY available in black. Please contact us if you are interested in a different set being made in a new color.  

Q7- Can an item be sent directly to a gift recipient?

Absolutely! I'll gladly gift wrap your item, include a gift note, and leave the price off of the invoice. Leave the correct shipping address when checking out, and leave gift note instructions in Notes to Seller at the time of checkout.

Q8- What is the proper way of washing the pillowcases?

Wash warm it the washing machine, tumble dry low and cool iron. Non chlorine bleach only.

Q9- Will it fade? How many washes will it last?

No, it will not fade. The process we use dyes the color into the fibers and will never wash out, fade or crack. It will last the life of the pillowcase which can be over 100 washings.

Q10- How soft are your pillowcases?

 Our pillowcases are made of high-quality microfiber material that is soft to the touch, providing a comfortable and cozy sleeping experience. They are are double brushed microfiber and are made of a quality weight of material (125gsm).

Q11- What does the design feel like?

Our designs are created using dye sublimation, which results in a soft, smooth, and vibrant print that you cannot even feel and will not fade even after hundreds of washes (just ask our hotel customers!).

Q12- What is the packaging like?

We package our pillowcases in a gift ready cute box. It is a full color tuck box that you can open and add a note. We also include a relevant greeting card in each box.

Q13- Will the product match the image?

We make sure the same template is used for each pillow case set, but each item is handmade when ordered, so slight variations may occur. We work very hard to make sure every item is perfect and we would be happy receiving it. That being said, variations could occur and include printing lines, small bubbles, tiny spots, placement dimensions, or slight image

Q14- Is the dye safe?

Yes, our dye is safe and non-toxic. It is eco-friendly and does not contain any harmful chemicals or substances. 

Q15- What are the pillowcases made of?

Our pillowcases are made of high-quality polyester microfiber material, which is soft, durable, and hypoallergenic.

Q16- What is the warranty?

We offer a one-year warranty on all of our products. If you experience any issues with your product within one year of purchase, please contact us for a replacement or refund.

Q17- What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, as well as PayPal and Apple Pay.

 

SPECIAL REQUESTS

Q1- Do you offer gift wrapping or a custom note?

Our pillowcases and mugs come in beautiful gift ready boxes. In fact our pillowcase boxes are so colorful and fun that most people do not want it wrapped. We also provide a ready to use greeting card, but right now we do not offer a custom note for website orders (unless you email Susannah and say pretty please. Then she may write a note for you.)

Q2- Do you sell your items wholesale? Can I become a distributor?

Yes! I can give you information on quantities and discounts in a personal message if you are interested in joining the other boutique stores who choose to carry our products. Please note that this is for brick and mortar stores only.

Q3- Can I do a custom designed picture?

We do custom designs for bulk orders quite frequently. We have custom pillowcases in several hotels. We just have a minimum order quantity and potentially a design charge.

 

Q4- Do you offer bulk discounts?

Yes, we offer bulk discounts for orders of 10 or more items. Please contact our customer service team for more information.

SHIPPING POLICY

Q1- How much is the shipping cost?

  • Standard Flat Rate Shipping: $3.50
  • Expedited Flat Rate Shipping: $9.05
  • Priority Flat Rate Shipping: $17.00

Q2- What shipping service do you use and will it come to my mail box?

  • We typically use USPS first class or priority mail. 
  • Usually this will fit easily in your mailbox or PO box.

Q3- Can I track my shipment?

Yes, you will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped

Q4- What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, as well as PayPal and Apple Pay.

Q5- Can I cancel or modify my order?

If your order has not yet shipped, you can contact our customer service team to cancel or modify your order. Once your order has shipped, we are unable to make any changes.

Q6- Do you ship orders outside the United States and how long would it take?

Yes. We will ship it as soon as we can (usually 1-2 business days) and ship USPS international.  This usually takes 1-2 weeks, but could take up more depending upon the location.
